To clarify things a little, registration includes one shirt and the other included things. Tag Along package is for extra shirts, badges, patches ect. Please include your mud name and vehicle (40,55,60,70,80 LX450, hilux, 4Runner, Ect..) in the Nickname box so I can add you to the attendee list accordingly. Once that data is available I will post it.

Might want to revise instructions on page 1 to reflect that. I went ahead and bought two additional ride along packages for the little ones per those instructions.

No worries. We appreciate all the work you do in setting stuff up, and nothing new is ever perfect the first time. It doesn't appear to give you the option for changing the stuff after the fact. I would assume you wanted everyone listed to get the waivers done for all riders, but in doing so you have to purchase the additional ride along packages with adult shirt and stuff.

10-4. All passangers are included with the liability release, sama as last year. When you check in and receive your swag bag in Ouray I will have the same form printed so we can have a physical copy on hand. Our goal as always is to make things as simple and laid back as possible.

We're in! KOA res is made...just gotta get the spot set up with the office after the morning meetings...and decide on which LC to bring...the 60 or the 80...decisions, decisions.. I'll get the word out to the local folks to get on the ball!

You can log back in and click on your name in the profile. From there you can add your truck to your "nickname" box. I put FJ40 and FJ60. I can't drive em both at once but still might bring both

Did you call up there to reserve? I don’t see where you can choose specifically on the site. I only requested a particular one in the “reservation notes” field last year. I did actually did end up in that spot though.

I sent an email and they called me, but you can call as well. She said you could pick a spot online, but I didn’t see that.
 
They are going to see about putting in electric in my spot for the coffee. If not I’ll be running the geni, but technically it’s against the rules. I have seen others do it though.
