Today, I was driving around and I figured that "why mess around with SUA and waste money when my end goal is to SOA"

So, I have decided to go SOA. JP and Gehn, when are you guys starting your SOA projects? I'd love to piggy back and go with mine at the same time. Learn from what you guys are going to do and go with that. Thanks

Matt

I am starting when I pay off my cruiser debt from building up the 40, so most likely this fall, and gehn is doing his late fall or next year if i recall, I believe he is interning next this summer/fall

and good call on the SOA

I just did my front a few weeks ago on my 40. Im not sure how diffrent a 60 would be but over all i would give it 4 out of 5 banannas as long as you are confident in your welding. I did mine by myself in about 3 weekends so with some hepl it could be done significantly quicker.

And yes I did the SUA first only to redo the SOA

Did you cut and turn?

Not this time around. I was confused about positive vs/ negitive caster so when i welded my perches on i set the caster 5* the wrong way so I will have to pull the knuckles off and do a cut and turn again. I already did it once and it wast that hard you just have to be careful not to cut to deep. (I aparently set it wrong that time to) The caster is going to stay wrong for now at least till after GSMTR. It is just a good excuse for some cromo inners once i have to pull everything back apart AGAIN.

i have decided to hold off on SOA until atleast next year. This fall i getting a turbo/IC, brake upgrades and maybe propane injection or armor or winch or......

i figured i'd wait until i wear out my 33's and when I go SOA its going to be with a new frame, and full floaters so i need to save up.... :D

i'd love to help you guys out though
