Yes, New bushings all greased. The new springs were taken apart and painted, then the " wear pads? " were greased before re assembly.

You try taking the weight off the suspension and back off the shackle bolts and re-tighten?

Are all springs sided? I've seen some marked, but mine didn't have anything on them, so wasn't sure. They looked to be the same, on the bench.

On the shackle angle, The PO welded them on and in his build thread, had stated he talked with OME and they gave the go ahead. I've always wondered about them being a little steep.

PO welded what on? I am not following you if we are talking about shackles, you would not want to weld those anywhere, eh?

I did notice your shackle angle looked a little generous.

When I got lift springs for my 40 they were not labeled in any way to indicate DS or PS.

The spring hangers. They had to be outboarded to fit the 60 axles. I added some bracing, but PO set the angle. They might have to be moved forward a tad.

The SLOW 71 is at a new custom body shop and they feel very confident in solving my dilemma. So, while I wait, I'm reduced to playing with the reconditioned ashtrays. Got to have ashtrays!

My SOA leaned to front drivers side too. Over a inch.
I added a leaf to the front drivers side from another ?fj60 pack and its level now.

All else fails, that's what I'll do. Talked to the frame guy today and it was bent pretty good. He's working on it, says all the plates I welded on, really made the frame stiff, Really? Anyway, he says he'll get it.

Got the wagon back Friday and I'm satisfied with what they did. The frame is spot on and the fenders, hood, etc. line up as best as they are going to get.

Bad news is the springs really sagged since I put the weight of the motor on them. As we talked about, the spring hangers will have to be moved forward. The springs never really had any weight on them in @ seven years, so now they settle. Good excuse to buy a plasma cutter. I'll have to make new hangers that won't interfere with the winch extension plates. Anyway, here's what I'm talking about.

After seeing Bill's gauges, I had to have some. Speedhut's GPS speedometer and quad gauge set.

The doors are just hanging there, no latches yet. The ash trays are stock that I refreshed a little.
