I understand they are clocked to run level. But I'm more interested to know if they are aligned aft-ward, to allow for OE caster specs w/o distorting the inner bushings too much. This is copied off the nitro specs from justdifferentials. I've been putting off UCAs as I keep reading issues with SPC ballpoints. No issues with the nitro tundra size balljoints?
- Ball-joint cup is clocked to run level on vehicles with 2-3" additional ride height.
I'm with you on the moog quality. Ran moog on my last 3/4T dodge and all of it was crap. My thinking is once the moog BJs go out I'll swap them for OEM.I understand they are clocked to run level. But I'm more interested to know if they are aligned aft-ward, to allow for OE caster specs w/o distorting the inner bushings too much.
I doubt Moog is OEM Land Cruiser quality. If anybody knows differently, I'm all ears.
I'm sure Moog "problem solvers" are used to keep pricing competitive, but can be swapped with OEM when the time comes. Did not mean to imply Moog are OEM quality. Will see how long they last.I doubt Moog is OEM Land Cruiser quality. If anybody knows differently, I'm all ears.
Bummer. The alternative was the total chaos uca's and i heard early reviews that the spc uppers were the way to go and the Tc uca's made too much noiseMight want to cancel that orderIf not, run them for a while and report your findings. Information is always useful.
As mentioned above, I think nitros are the way to go.Bummer. The alternative was the total chaos uca's and i heard early reviews that the spc uppers were the way to go and the Tc uca's made too much noise
