I know this is an old thread but are there any 100 series rear bumpers like this with the side "wings" ? I really like the look of this on an 80 how do you think it would look on the 100 and how functional would it be? I'm guessing that Slees rear could be modified to have these but wasn't sure since it doesn't have the lip that sicks out from the body.
I hope there is more than 1FZ powering that thing. Makes me think of a Beluga whale.
Awesome nonetheless
Stock 1FZ. We did regear it to 4.88's. Not a speed monster, but it actually does move ok.
I would love to see a 80 or 100 with a LS9 under the hood. That would be amazing
The Bump It Off Road High Clearance Rear Bumper that they're having the group buy for looks similar to that.

This is a concept we are working on. The Rotopax lends itself to different mounting and also for a narrower profile so that it does not hit the truck when opening. Also allows for stacked cans with nearly the same capacity of 3 jerry cans, but does not cover the lights.
Shorter ladder fits the whale tail. We are still working on the rotopax mount. I have finally found a source for the latches I want to use, now i just have to get them here from around the world.

Yeah I just got mine in Wednesday, put the bumper on same night and then tire carrier today. I had to go to a machine shop to get the bearing seal in and the guy there loved the bumper, completely amazed at how solid it is...what an awesome piece of metal...
Since I've already bothered the guys at Slee enough...has anyone had the problem with the bottom of their hi-jack slipping out of the saddle and toward the tire-arm hub when they tighten the barrel bolt to secure the jack?
