YepI agree. Will this work on 2009?
Man, I’m blown away that I don’t have better pics haha. I’ll start though, maybe @sleeoffroad has some better ones. This was an early prototype (similar to production) without a stinger.Any pictures of this bumper on pre-facelift truck? (2008-2015)

I personally love how it looks on earlier trucks. The cut is a little bit different as the earlier trucks plastic is a touch more bulbous.

ARB is a beefier mounting solution.I am curious about the mounting solution to the frame. The frame horns are thin and poorly welded and tend to crack from vibrations with a heavy bumper hanging off them. ARB and TJM solved it with the clevis nut and a stud solution that clamps the mount deep into the frame.
Seems like Slee's solution is to mount attach to bumper to the tow hook points at the bottom (this is common, Dissent and others do it), but also add two rivet nuts on the side with the extra bracket that I think it is supposed to transfer some of the load to the bolts that go into the rivet nuts so to off load the horns' studs. It still seems that bending moment will be pulling at the top of the horns? (like when winching) But perhaps this is enough to prevent cracking from vibrations?
I suppose they decided this adequate, but I gotta say I like ARB/TJM approach better. @sleeoffroad, any comments why not the clevis nut/stud solution?

I may be called lazy for it, but does anyone have a photo or diagram of the ARB support that would save me from searching on the interwebs? For sure. I am kinda puzzled it is not commonly copied, it's very trivial to make. The clevis nut is not a complex piece. Add threaded stud and done.
Yup, lazy as heck!I may be called lazy for it, but does anyone have a photo or diagram of the ARB support that would save me from searching on the interwebs?
I'm having a hard time visualizing a clevis nut and stud.
Thanks a lot! That makes a lot of sense seeing the photos.Yup, lazy as heck!
Here are pictures from TJM install manual, but pretty much same exact thing.

Seems like this could be added to a Slee bumper if their mounting flange is large enough to overlap that rod position.
The extra rod is a good extra support, but still not great.
