I will have the trailer at the OAUSA meet and greet in Redondo. If anyone wants to see it up close an personal.

Looking at making some changes to the original trailer. Maybe a bit wider in the cabin area and narrowing the overall trailer. Will build another prototype and see where it takes me.

I REALLY like your design - at first I was thinking, you should have built over the fenders for more interior, but there is something to be said for a trailer you can easily see around, and like you mention, it's a good place for mountain bikes n such.

Overall it looks very professional and solid. Love the fat tires :D

I look forward to your next build

Eclipse RV approached me about building it wider in the sleeping area. That makes the trailer wider at the top and trailers have the tendency to hit at the top on tight trails. I have decided not build the wider box. It is designed for two people to sleep in it with an add on RRT or regular tent attached to side. The production trailers will have double doors so one tent could be attached to the driver side door. Still trying to find someone that can build that.

It could have two fold down bunks for small children. With my suregery I have not played with it mucht he last two weeks, hopefully this week I will get out to the shop and take som measurements.

Thanks for your comments.

Ok that is crazy cool... Great job!

Well the knees seem to be doing well, almost healed and I took the first order for the trailer, will start on it the 7th or 8th of May. I am headed out to do testing on the Kokopelli trail and then to Cruise Moab.

Looking forward to getting back in the shopl.

That's fantastic news Bob!!...on both fronts!

Congratz on the progress....

I've seen Bob's trailer in person at an FJ Cruiser meet and greet I crashed. His design is solid and certainly doesn't skimp on the amenities. If I had the extra cash I would buy one in a second!!

Very, very, cool trailer! I have been playing around in my head with the idea of building something similar, but that is all I have done! Your trailer has taken many ideas of what I consider the ideal offroad/expo trailer, and put them to great use. Kudos!

The Aussies seem to have some great offroad type trailers, but this is the first production unit I have seen that is made in the USA that is any kind of competition for what they build! If I hade the cash, I would buy one RIGHT NOW!

But I'll save your website so when I do...;)

Thanks to IH8MUD for putting Bob's hard work front-and-center on their Facebook page today!

Second that, I sat at the same table with Woody at the raffle/dinner at Cruise Moab. Had a great time, but never discussed the trailer, really shocked me to see the post. Thanks man, I truly appreciate you taking the time.

Starting on the first production unit tomorrow hopefully, if the steel arrives.

"All good things come to those that wait"...way to go Ouray Base Camp

Great to meet you at Cruise Moab! I wish we had had more time to talk trailers. It sure was a hectic night at vendor night and I hope I didn't come across as too in a hurry. I got a quick second to take a look at your trailer and really liked what I saw! If it were just Tiffany and I camping I would be all over it in a heartbeat. Great design and great final product.

Thanks JonHarris,

I am working on a tent system off the driver side for family space and looking at putting a magolina(spelling) roof top tent in it with access from inside. Not sure it will work, but for those looking for a hard wall trailer and those that have little ones, it may work. I have bunk system for the standard trailer for very young ones under 5-6 that will work, but have not set up a trailer with it yet.

I really like the tent work you guys have done, it is impressive to say the least. Finding someone here that will do it, seems nearly impossible. I may just offer it as an option, make nothing on it as the costs are so prohibitive. Not sure yet how to do it. Hopefully more information will be gained at Overland Expo.

I got a couple of seconds to run around the new Adrenlin, I can understand the interest in it. Far ahead of the AT as there is so much more useable space and enclosed space. Great idea.

It looks like we will be featuring Magolina/Columbia tents on our trailers. Spoke with them today and have a meeting scheduled with them at Overland Expo

Got an email from Woody and we will be a vendor on this site soon. We are another American made trailer, that is competively priced, with far more options than the closest one.

Interesting... I never realized MUD has a 20-pic limit for a single post!

Love the "live action" shots...looks like a quiet place. Foxwing and tent look like nice additions to the setup!
