I picked up some 285/70/17's for $40 the other day. They turned out to have some decent tread and weren't lumpy. Took me 3 hours to install them with my manual Harbor freight tire changer but I did it. Luckily the rims were already beat up because I didn't do them any favors being that they are aluminum. I installed some 1.5" spacers I had laying around although I'm not convinced I'm gonna keep them. Even without balancing they ride perfectly smooth. It's kind of a weird picture because one tire is on the concrete but it's definitely more level than it looks.

I might know of a red FJ40 for sale. I don't have any details yet, one of my kids soccer friends said his dad was going to sell it (could be kid talk). I figured I'd put it here if anyone wanted me to try to get details.

WINTER IS COMING! And you can never have enough covered storage. Wish I started this a month ago. Outta fit 4 vehicles, or a travel trailer, car trailer and two parts cars and a couple cords of firewood as the case may be.

Harder for the wife to see what's goin' on over on that side! You could slide a truck in there quickly and she'd never notice it. 
Went for drive to load up on stuff for the freezer from Taylor's and found up to 6" of the white stuff...

OK the 80 is back up for sale after fixing the heating issue. Still needs valve seals done but other than that it's solid. Tired of chasing the little things on an older rig, the wife wants a car and I want the new 4Runner for myself. Will build the Runner up a bit further if the 80 sells.

Aric, maybe give Travis a call, he has a friend in the aluminum fab business. Maybe he'll have an idea...? Travis isn't on Mud much....Does anyone know anyone who polishes stainless? I, um, need my box polished
