Christo pointed out your thread to me and we agreed that I should add tabs to the valley before sending everything out to powdercoat. Thank you for the inspiration.

Treeroot, were those tabs added by Slee prior to his powdercoating, or did you have those added and then new coating done?

No problem, he should make it a standard feature!
I have to say that the powder coating Slee has done is very tough and not all powder coating is the same. Something i didn't know prior to starting the project.
I have detailed pics of the tab if anyone wants them.

I don't like them very much. Not very tough off road, but they are nice on the freeway.
