Cut the hole and never look back, you will be so glad you did. Then remove both nuts in 20 seconds. Best mod I ever did to the 100.

Bilstein is owned by procomp?
Where in the world do you see that?!? Pro Comp simply sells/includes Billsteins in their system kits. Far cry from owning the company.
To give you an idea, Bilstein is a HUGE international company. Pro Comp is a small off road manufacture in CA.

I just assumed one was bought out by the other. My bad
So thanks to GAfjc, I got my bilstein shocks from Autozone. Went to a local store, picked up a pair for $75 each. There is no beating that price, I hope![]()
Ordering new shocks for the front from Autozone. Maybe that will fix my issues

GR8OUTDRS said:This may be a dumb question; Will there be length or extension issues with the Bilsteins if you add a 2.5" lift later?
Well. Many ways.
1) not running a lift this high.
2) not buying them.
3) slow down over speed bumps
4)go with UCA's + " your overpriced remote res shock here"
Radflo said:There is a 2.0 option available that does not have a reservoir. This will work with aftermarket UCA's which are necessary to get more droop. Unfortunately they are not in the $69.00 each range, but they do not cost $400.00 each either.
Glenn
Any information on the shock? Pricing, pictures. I am very interested
