Anyone know where I can find a replacement trans. shifter boot? Been looking around but can't find one=the guys at Marlin pointed me in the Summit direction but am having trouble with there website.
I'd like to find a rubber "bellows" type if one exists.

I bought a new one from the Toyota dealer last summer for my 1985 4Runner. They had to order it but got it in less than a week. It's the factory OEM type (at least for my 4Runner) and is more like sewn black vinyl than rubber. It wasn't very expensive (~$20?).

The only rubber ones that I've seen are for twin stick crawler transfer cases. However, if your truck cam OEM with rubber then Toyota should still have it.

Yes looking for a stockish replacement type, it was one of those leather ( vinal?) ones with an extreme case of sun rot, Not much to be found in the bone yards around here-been to the pick a part- and the trucks there are always just skeletons.Havn't called the dealer I was just hoping to locate a rubber type kindof like the one on the transfer case shifter.

Call Troy @ california mini truck 909-622-1381. He gets me lots of good used interior & body parts when I can't find them locally.

Thanks, let me give him a call- I need a few other things for the interior also- just terrible what 26 years or so of UV can do to a vehicle, but then again most cars or trucks don't make it past ten.
