The end of my restoration is in sight, but the problems seem to be getting a little harder to fix as I get closer to being back on the road.

Because my tall son, who has done a lot of the grunt work on my Cruiser, is planning to drive the FJ to school a couple of days each week, I've got to figure out a way to get the driver's seat to slide back fully. Right now it's stuck in the middle portion of the rail.

The rail is completely removed from the seat right now. I've sprayed lots of WD40 and PB Blaster on it, but I still can't get any movement. What should I try next?

Thanks.

I had the same problems with a stuck seat track, it felt like it was almost hitting something. I ended up removing the seat from the rig and using a block of wood and a hammer to loosen the track along with the PB Blaster working it back and forth until it freed up. Works fine now.

X2 here, then spray some bike chain grease in the tracks.
