Seat Belt Repair/Replacement!

I thought the gray ones were still available from Toyota.

Only one available that I see new from Toyota is the driver belt. Both of my fronts are badly frayed and slow to retract

Is the price from Safety Restore for a single belt? So basically looking at $400-500 to repair all 5 belts for the front two rows?
