No it wasn't a raffle it was an auction and he was the highest bidder. I incorrectly said raffle
Now that makes more sense based on how much they were thanking him in the post. I must’ve been confusing this with the raffle that I was seeing above the post. I’m still a little confused about how Instagram works. Lol.

Any of you 80 owners interested in a free car cover? I have a garage now and don’t have to park outside!

FREE and I’ll haul it to the SAS if you want it.

Let me know

Okay but you have to except the terms. The cover is free, the currier service is not.

It will cost one Pacific coast beer, non IPA.

Delivery date 8/4/25

Not a problem, I don’t drink IPA

There are some good brews that come out of Paso Robles. Maybe sans the citrus?

Since I did the spotting duty ( you can my arm and finger in the Picture 😂) Save one for me Please !!
Will do, Richard. Assume you want one of these too? 😉. The 37’s are in, but too small for your rig, no??

Yes very cool
Actually 37s are better for my rig at SAS as the altitude sucks so much power that they work better then the 39s
A few years back a friend loan me his 37s for the event and they worked great, problem was the rims were brand new and I somehow scratched every one he was good about it but hasn’t offered then again 😔

Fluid film massage this morning. Need to address broken motor mount and some other little stuff. 7 weeks till departure. My dad and son are coming along again. Be a hoot. See ya soon.

Perfect color! I am getting closer. I must be closer because I am routing A/C lines today. I was going to leave around the first week in July but I will shift things around a bit so that I can finish. The Cruiser goes in for the soft top fabrication in 2-3 weeks.

〰️FOOD 〰️FOOD〰️FOOD〰️

Like last year we will have Marchio's (Mar-Kee-oh) Food Truck parked down by the registration tents near KOA campsite T22. Marchio's will be providing breakfast burritos and the same menu from last year. This year Jeff Marchio and his crew are running the restaurant at KOA which will be open Thursday - Monday as well as the food truck Monday - Friday.

Here's the link for hours and menu for the restaurant: Marchio's Grill at Ouray KOA Holiday: Food Services for the Ouray KOA Holiday Campground in Colorado - https://koa.com/campgrounds/ouray/food/marchios-grill-at-ouray-koa-holiday_55a4bf25-c70a-4dfe-8486-8cb5d78d5293/?msockid=135d1b8a57f66fcf297b09e2565b6ee6

Several of us found that we took too much food and kitchen gear last year and could be fed easily by Marchio's and in Ouray.

For those planning out your days, already... here is a loose run down of what some of the days will look like from the event side:

Monday Morning 8ish Registration opens
8AM Trail Leader and Tail Gunner Brief Meeting at Registration Coffee

Every morning Monday - Friday 7:30ish coffee at registration tent. (Friday morning might be iffy on coffee, have a backup plan)
The trail leaders will usually be gathered around to chat about trails to run, some will be scheduled already, and some will go day by day. There will be a white board at the registration tents with trails and days, trail leaders, ETD, and where to meet, usually a campsite number.

Monday morning - First Timer's safety meeting around 8/9am - with Rory

Tuesday (tentatively) will be CruiseHer Run for the lady drivers - with Chanette @80Lady

Wednesday plan to be back at the KOA by 3pm to prep for Group Photo followed by Raffle. Last year Marchio's showed up for us before raffle and served dinner. Best to plan for an early easy dinner on Wednesday.

This is all loosely planned at this point. This is to let the trail leaders see what the week has so they can plan accordingly, if need be.

Questions, please ask or search the first post on this thread for more information.
