Been a productive 3 days. Sure hop this thing is done in time.

@TheBlackSheep @CruiserTrash hope you guys enjoyed the article! It was a fun writeup and originated with the idea that we needed to do something with @cdphotog photos, they were too good to just live in a drop box folder.
I really enjoyed it! Your first-time experience was a little different than mine (taking a rusted out daily driver 60 across the state to meet a bunch of internet yahoos), but there were lots of similarities and it reminded me how much fun my wife and I had on that trip … and every one since.

Dont tell me how the story ends… I haven’t received my TT mag in the mail yet! (although I did accuse my wife of holding it hostage on Saturday…)

Curtis-your rig was my favorite at SAS last year. I haven’t received my copy yet but have been sent several text messages re:. Can’t wait to read. Congrats!

I’m in Denver for training and I haven’t actually seen it in person yet, but I can’t wait to get back home! All the ladies in my Lady Owned Toyotas group were sending me pics. 🥰 I told Dan that Moose made the D List and I’d like to thank the Academy. 🤣

@Mesa Woman and I had the pleasure of joining Mr. Archer for some good ol” Texas
Hospitality at the shop and camping/ hiking in Palo Duro State Park for a few days. Casey is the genuine article and a great guy to have on your team! Our fridge took a dive and between Casey and I we diagnosed, tracked down the parts in town and fixed er up! It was a sealed system that we got 5 years of rugged use, but the R134 was done. We installed the necessary fittings and a low side swivel service adapter , hooked it up to a gauge manifold and charged it up. A little bit of trial and error but most portable fridge/freezers only need around 3psi to chill as low as 0 degrees! This also works on home Sunfrost brand refrigerators with Danfoss compressor's also. Cold beer that evening!

We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of these coming off the UPS truck!

And camping always renews our souls and charges our batteries!

I met these two Yahoo's and their boys year 2 of SAS. One pair of several outstanding folks I've met over the years. They fit right in immediately and proud to have them on the team of folks that truly help behind the scenes all year long.
While Gabe and I were chasing parts for the fridge repair @Mesa Woman was busy upgrading the trailboards for this year.
It takes a crew of dedicated folks to pull this off each year and I can't thank them enough.
If you find yourself in the Amarillo area give me a shout. SAS family and traveling CruiserHeads are welcome anytime.
