Bumping this old thread to show the passenger seat is in and ready for action ! LOL
Sits a little higher in front due to the floor modification to fit the dana 300...but it's comfy.
Simple bracket to raise the front and match the height of the left side.
Crow Racing harness ordered.

Finally Rob and I tore down the buggy to see what I broke in Clayton last year.
Turns out the chattering noise and the inevitable sparks flying everywhere on the ride back to camp doing a neck snapping 30mph .. Turns out to be... A broken flexplate..
Used flexplate and spacers are in.
But I can't make the round up this year .. To much going on.

It can be put back together in time if you want to make the Roundup
Is this little monster still around? Getting started on a weber swap and fuel cell in our 88. Would like to eventually stretch and link it, but for now it is mostly going to be mom's farm run about.

Yep the Angry Squirrel is still kickin'.
Still deciding if want some more vroom vroom or fix the existing block motor mounting holes that i ripped out at Mardi Krawl.
They are great rigs to wheel.LIGHTWEIGHT.

You running the 1.3 or 1.6? And what vroom vroom would you upgrade to? VW diesel or a 16v or other?
I got a Toyota 2L diesel out in the shop...
Lenny once did an engine swap for 20hp and it still runs like it's carburated, damn thing goes where you point it though even if the motor is held in with ratchet straps

I have a 1.6 8valve
Thinking about a 4.3 or a high hp zuk motor 2.0,2.3 or larger
may just say fawk it andjustdo a5.3 v8
ideally i would like a motorthat wikl bolt up to the Th180 transmission i have to keep the setup i am running now.
still doing research at a snails pace.
