Well, my next door neighbors, who have this crazy pit bull (not all are crazy but this one is) are renting the house. They have only lived there a few months now, but, they are driving me crazy. My wife tells me that their dog barks all fxxxing morning (im talking at 6am till who knows when) every day. I am only home on the weekend and my god, that dog sucks!!!! So, today I was startled out of bed from that fxxxing dog barking and whinning. Sugar (thats its name) wants in the house but the people are either gone or just damn lame and will think their dog barking is ok.......oh yes, the dog is barking due to wanting in the house, not at some intruder or anything like that. So, today, I decide to put a note on their door (7:45am and I knocked first but no answer) I was not rude, but, I did say that their dog barks all the time and has awaken my four year old, along with my wife and myself a handfull of times. I asked them to take care of the barking, and I was polite. Well, tonight, as I get home, the white trash neighbor (yes they really are, sorry if anyone thinks of themselfs as whitetrash) yells out across the lawn "there is that a******!!". I was taken back due to my daughter and myself were merely just putting our dirk bikes back in the garage after a nice day of riding. I didnt respond, nor did I even look their way. Now, I find myself wanting to throw dog s*** at their house (kidding) but really, I am pissed off now.

There is no point to this posting except I am pissed and wanted to rant...............so thanks, that is all. I am off to stare through the window and wish bad things on their fxxxing Sugar (their dog who never stops barking..........and yes, I know, its not the dogs fault!!):mad:
 
Don't get angry, call the cops for a noise violation and animal control for leash law violations. Then call the owner and advise him to control his tenants since they're causing neighborhood issues. People keep s*** in too long and get too mad before they act, you tried the right thing, it didn't work. Let the law handle it.
 
get a "bark free" from lentek, set it to audible, mount it close to their home. that should help with the barking and annoy them. you'll get used to it after a few days. call the cops everytime between 10pm and 7am that the dog barks.

renters suck to have as neighbors because they don't care. maybe they'll stop paying rent and get evicted.

Easy......pork chop soaked in antifreeze for a couple days. Toss it in the yard and no dog in a couple more. Problem solved.

I agree that letting the police get after the landlord it the way to go. Of course beating Sugar to death might be a good deal more fun.
 
Set up a megaphone and throw some opera into there house... worked in wako.
 
Is the dog outside the whole time?


If there's not a doghouse, then it's a violation. At least in this town it is -- anytime as dog is left outside unattended, it must be in a fenced area, not on a leash or chain, and there must be shelter, food and water made available.

Learn your city ordinances, and use them to bury the fxxxers.

Call the cops, or the Humane Society/ASPCA in your area.

Do they clean up the s***? If not, it could be a health code violation.


See where I'm going with this? Most municipalities have all sorts of ordinances that can be used to your advantage if you know what to look for.

Let the landlord know politely that his tenant's dogs are creating a nuisance. Send him a few letters, make it his problem. If he doesn't take care of it, sue the landlord for nuisance in small claims court. You can sue multiple times, there is a different cause of action for each time it happens. Just keep a log of it. That should get him moving to take care of the problem.
 
Get a few bottles of Liquid Ass and spray it into their yard at night when they can't see you. Apparently it's pretty pungent s***.

do what i did, the dog barks i hammer on their door, when they come to the door i tell them, every time i get woke by their dog i am coming over... or just keep hammering, not knocking, hammering. (but i guess in the states you could get shot for that)
i haven't had any problems since with a barking dog...
when you got a nutcase in his house coat, hair standing on end and a miserable attitude showing up at your door at 3AM... i guess it works.

how about get all your neighbours together and starting at 9pm crank all your stereos up for the night and go for supper, one big block party supper for the whole night.

or

fire up your diesel right outside their window everytime you see it open, make sure the glow plugs are disconected... oh yah, you boys don't get diesels down there...

call their land lord and see if he will do anything? threaten to go to the authorities and get his rental policy revoked.

in the end i am sure it is not just you the dog is pissing off, get together with the neighbours and see what you all can come up with...
a stupid agressive German Sheperd i still have a problem with but it seems they are moving so that will cure itself...
