I'm bringin' my kiddos but you can bet your happy a$$ I'll have some Shiner Bock while I'm there.

Also, I talked to Mark from MetalTek... he won't be able to make it but sent us all a goodie! (hint: It's VERY similar to last years! ;) ;) )

Thanks guys... and oh yes I will have beer, my brother is brewing some right now and bringing the keg!!!:beer::beer::beer:
see ya'll soon!!!

just registered and paid steve!
now as long as we can keep a hold on a 2nd trailer my rig will be there! even if it is still only running on 5 cylinders, Its gonna get wheeled!!!!!:steer::steer:

guess i better get that motor out of there pretty fast!

Is it the 18th yet? Come Awn! I'm ready to leave now!!!! (any word on the burn ban?)

Later,

Couple of quick questions from a newbie in Waco. For the last couple of years I've wanted to come but something always changes. Can I regester at the last minute if I am able to attend? Work is unpredictable and I'd like to bring a friend but never know until the last minute if they will go. I have no problem paying at the gate and don't expect to be fed. Also, I'd like to drive my 40 to and the event (400mi round trip) but am worried about breaking on the trails. Do most people trailer their rigs or drive them? I just got it back together from a frame-off project and don't really have the trust of a vehicle with a few miles on it. You never know even if everything is new.

Sounds like a really good time and would love to attend. Thanks!

From someone who has slipped and knocked the rust (aka body) off one 40 and has mechanical gremlins 2 other years, drive it and enjoy it!
Be aware of ur skill level and don't worry, great group of people who look out for each other and are willing to lend a hand if u need it.
Wouldn't miss it for the world.

Unless you break something big then you will probably find help there on the trail or camp. We Cruiserheads have a reputation for helping one another during times of crisis. If we have the parts to fix it it will be fixed.

later,

Yeah, nobody will get left there. One way or another we'll either get you fixed or drag your broke ass home.

:D

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Saying thank you never hurt nobody. You don't have to be a business to get your name on the banner. I respect the fact that some generous folks prefer privacy. But if Joe Member donates something, I'll proudly list his name with everyone else.

Happy Trails! N
