That is a Safari rack system on Thule bars and feet. The rack is aluminum, light as hell, and has served me well. I got it from a guy in Georgetown KY, where the Toyota plant is. There is a HUGE following there.

Is that sound deadening stuff pretty thin? I just went to Lowe's to check it out, and it was a little thicker than two sticks of gum put together. Is that about what yours is?
 
relatively thin, your estimation is about right. I doubled and tripled it up in some places but mainly one layer on alot of it. I got mine at Lowes, eight inch wide rolls if I remember right
 
cabron is a slang used in spanish, that can be used as simple as the equivalent of dude, all the way to worthless no good bastard...

awsome rig Cabron!! you scored on the Alpine Amp. That amp is solid. Alpine still makes great stuff.
How in the hell did you get (4) 33X9.5's delivered for $450??? thats dirt cheap. Im not seeing that price on their website.
 
Nice rig! I also had similar sound deadening material installed on the doors, rear quarters and tail gate on my 100. And, even in the hundy, it made a noticeable difference in noise level. And, like you, my main motivation was to have a nice sound system for once and for all in my rig...
