Literal: A male goat, as in "horny goat".
Implication: A man whose woman is cheating on him and he's too much of a puss to do anything about it.
Alternate implication: a******.

cabron is a slang used in spanish, that can be used as simple as the equivalent of dude, all the way to worthless no good bastard...
