Wow, dont know why I just now saw this thread. I would love to see some updates as well. Even if it is of the shop or something else. Great build and thread!!

If you are going to that much trouble to build such a cool ride, why not build two? I sure time, money and space would all be reasons but it is too cool of a project not to duplicate. Good luck.

Dare I say that, with the precision and beauty of the Alum. Fab you've done, I would leave the rig raw alum. and just seal it....Gorgeous work.

hey man...this has to be the sickest build i have seen on mud....that thing is going to be wicked, maybe one day i can hope to have half as much skill as you. wicked build man...i will be keeping track of it!

My goal is to have the shop that can handle any level of build up in addition to the machining, fab and welding we do for job shop work. I want a place that people will want to bring or ship their rigs (4wd or street) to because they know we are not going to screw around and that we have the facility, the equipment and the people to make it happen on the east coast. I have worked really hard to get to this point and I hope it all works out for us here.

are you planning on doing some storage up here? Seems like that is alot of wasted space.

Yes we are planning on storage and it will be accessible from the loft we are putting up inside. It is still uncovered because they are moving our electric service as I am putting a 600A load center in the new addition.

You may be trying to run a business there but I am spending thousands of pennies a month in Internet bills looking at your build. You need to pick it up...precious pennies wasting away.

updates?
