Quick update - I’ve sent an email to James @RLC last night and he is going to send a relocation bracket for the canister mount and end caps for the wings. Kudos to him for the prompt answer.

We removed the passenger side rear light (the one that stays with the hatch) and spliced directly there

looks good color matched - nice going! Glad to hear you have solutions in the works!

My bumper shipped today! I've decided on a DIY water based truck bed liner for $30/qt. I think one quart will do it. Thanks @GeorgeN for the bolt info, I'll pick up those extra bolts before I get started, and I need to order in my lights too.

Mods move this if you feel necessary. Plans may have changed with my 200 and will likely be selling my uninstalled RLC rear bumper with tire carrier. It has been powder coated ($375) and located in VA.

Cruiserhead, put an ad up in the classified section with price, and pics.
powder coated, black?

Since I ordered a sixplug and then bought 7 conductor wire, I just ordered some more 8 plugs. My lights and double bed liner came in, hoping the bumper will follow.

Moved my rear camera today to a location under the spare on the swing out. Threw a quicky version together as a proof of concept and was pleased with the view so time to fab a finished model out of a little thicker material. I've attached pics showing location, bracket view and actual rear display. Just for reference the rolling seat is 5' behind bumper. I used thin aluminum on prototype for ease of cutting / bending n in reality it would probably work just fine.

I count 13 pieces all told.
Took me 30 min just to pull all the bolts out.
It's going to be a fun night of painting.

These appear to be 'plain' (zinc?) bolts. Do I need to replace with galvanized or are these mostly rust free?

I have to scroll up and see what size the chassis bolts are, mine didn't come with any.

So 6 of 5/8" by 6" + two washers + lock washer + nut?

Thanks for the video earlier in the thread @ohsix .

TLC bolt count:
2 x 4 x 5/8 (regular) (recommend grade 8) wing to frame
2 x 4 x 3/8 (carriage) wing to frame. I used galvanized.
2 x 5 x 5/8 (regular) (recommend grade 8) or m18 x 120 10.9)
4 existing bolts reused from the rear tie down / tow points
4x 1 x 3/8 carriage bolts for the wing / bracket join. I used galvanized.
8x m10 x 30 grade 10.9 or 12.9 if you can find them.

LX can drop one wing worth, as it has to be fabbed so one of each 4” bolts.

I'll update this when I get it in <edit - updated above). A bit of a problem with the passenger side bracket and the AHC pump/reservoir I'm working thru right now.
<edit, no solution of the AHC bracket on the passenger side, will have to create a custom bracket>

I went and looked at the tables, I need to go find 8x grade 8s for the 3/8 bumper/bracket. Didn't think about those, but they need to be max as they are a breaking strength part (the load is perpendicular to the bolt). Maybe the included are grade 8, I didn't look closely.
