Wow. Funny the things you stumble upon late at night on the computer....

dewd- getting some gears for your 97 would save you enough $$ to grab a second set for your 40!:steer:

We are talking "VERY HIGH QUALITY" gears here-----not some noisy chinese junk..........at the price of chinese junk. Put down the chopsticks and eggrolls and shoot carl and email.:D

PEOPLE-

5 days and counting. Carl updated me yesterday and said we were at 14 confirmed and a bunch of sideliners waiting to see if we hit 25. With the 3 late night emailers to CArL---that puts us at 17! Wooohoooo.:bounce:

REMINDER: you wont be charged by putting in an order........until we hit 25!

5 DAYS LEFT ON THIS SMOKIN DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

grab the girlfriends/wifes credit card and be prepared to be sleeping on the couch! Not a tough decision----gears vs poonani.:steer:

:rolleyes:That sounds like a recipe for a long lasting relationship...

:steer:

I sent in an email for 2 kits. One is for a 4runner though, we'll see if it goes for total count.

Im guessing most people with 180k mile stock gears/bearings probably arent going to want to use their "old" bearings on $1200worth of gears and install costs. Its probably not worth it to most to clip $125 at the expense of potential issues.

Most bearing kits are going to run $200+ and elocked run even more............. 599 to 699 isnt bad considering the quality of the package and the quality of bearings (KOYO).

Just sent my email. I will be sleeping in the shop that is why I made it so nice. I spend alot of time there:bang:

i'm doing mini kits and 4.88s $425 here. i priced them through ecg. they would've been about $480 and weren't in stock, plus ecg doesn't support mud.

Couple questions before committing. Is the price posted F/R or per axle? Are the 80 series brifs/ axles comparable to what RCV/ Longfield are offering? Same? I'm looking at 5.29's for an 80 w/ elockers F/R with masters, solid spacers, knuckle kit and possibly the axle/ birf combo.
