Replacing radio cassette in 1998 75 series (1 Viewer)

I've trawled the Internet and I think I've found the wiring diagram I need to replace the stock Toyota (Fujitsu Ten) radio cassette with something a bit more modern with Bluetooth etc.
This diagram matches what I have except there is a wire connected to pin 5 on the small plug but I only have a + cable for illumi on the new radio. Either I don't need it or the diagram is incorrect?

Wiring colours as follows, Large plug first...
1. Light Green (FR +)
2. Pink (FL +)
3. Grey (ACC, ignition)
4. Red (+Battery)
5. Blue (FR -)
6. Purple (FL -)
7. Brown (Ground)
8. Empty (power antenna)
9. Empty (power AMP)
10. Green (Illumi +) Dash dimmer

Small Plug
1. Red (RR +)
2. Black (RL +)
3. White (RR -)
4. Empty
5. Brown (Illumi -) ?????
6. Yellow (RL -)

What adapter? Is the adapter specific to the new unit? My new one is a Sony, how does the adapter know which configuration you have, there seem to be many variations.

the adapter is color coded and plugs right into the original harness
you wire the adapter to the deck and plug and play, easy peasy, 1 banana operation.

Thanks Crushers, I found some online. Also found this which is slightly different from one above but may be useful to someone, note its from the harness perspective so in reverse and doesn't include Illumi.

I got one for my 75 series from Strathfield Car Radio in Perth. Super Crap should have them.You buy one piece of wire and plug for a Sony and you buy another for the Landcruiser.Total cost around $20 from memory.
You join it all together and sit down and have a beer.
Dont go cutting anything ,its the caveman way.

I did a bit of both in the end as there were some minor differences, here's the Frankenstein's monster I finished up with

Because there was no pin in the connector that goes into the new radio for the dashboard light dimmer. I couldn't see how to move the pins and thought I'd break it so i transplanted the connector and wires provided with the new radio and attached it to the adapter. Yeah I know I could have done some of this without the adapters but this is much tidier and it did save me time.
