Thursday Night Taco Night

ok everyone we are trying to nail down a head... errr stomach count for the thursday taco meal... besides the CLCC it is also our brothers over at Bay to Blue Ridge Cruisers will be joining us too.... So it is possibly going to be nigh around 30 people so we want to make sure we have enough for everyone to at least get a taste!

so who is in for Grilled Steak and Chicken Elote Tacos ????

Would this be a good night to rock the crab cake sliders too? Not wanting to compete, just plan…I made about 28-30 at FC with 3 lbs of mix, sounds like I’ll need to bump up to 4-5 pounds if I’m serving this combo-club group plus others?

btw not sure if you saw where we are talking about meeting up at... its almost 2 hours for either of us and not sure if you could make it at the tentative time

@landwagon You coming later, or skipping Relic altogether? I could hold back a bit of mix to griddle up another night if I know ahead and package separately. Hopefully you are able to make it, you wheel that GX like there’s no tomorrow, had a blast at GER on the trails with you!
