Both at the same time? Weird, but glad they are being warranted.
This reminds me that one of my front ones is doing the same thing but I’m blaming the terrible Dobinsons springs.

i’ve never had issues in the past. i have them on my 62 and that have been awesome!! it’s so weird that they both went at the same time. hopefully it’s not because of an undiagnosed issues with my suspension. it’s OME and nothing out of the ordinary. loads of guys run this set up

I just read through the thread for the first time, thank you for taking the time to share it all.

I love that you add the family aspect, and have been able to share your wrenching passion and skill with your kids.
my kids have been present and involved in nearly every thing i’ve done to this truck. it’s never going to be a show stopper. i just want it to be fun and safe so they can learn to drive it!!

off ice fishing for the weekend! i am really surprised how well this tows! i almost can’t feel its there other than my fuel mileage takes a little hit!!

Something I have never done is ice fishing. When we lived in Vermont and crossed over from the Rouses Point , NY wooden bridge you could see cars, trucks and ice shantys all over the ice on Lake Champlain…

Spoke to my brother in law who does go ice fishing and he told me currently the ice is between 16-18” thick..that’s amazing to me. Here in NJ, my dog’s water bowl rarely gets 2” when it freezes

my son wanted to do some additions to red today. he cad designed and 3d printed some cup holders and a switch block for some electronics. he’s 15. he did a pretty awesome job!!
he even printed a layer of green transparent plastic and inserted some LED lights to illuminate the inside of the cup holders. this was his first start to finish no dad help project!!

he’s totally self taught but the stuff he comes up with on his CAD program blows me away!! he’s going to be so much smarter than i am!!
That's the goal.

taught my 15 year old and his friend how to drive standard tonight. they finished off my tank of fuel practicing in my back yard. safe place to play and get the feel before driving in traffic. pretty proud dad right here watching red go back and forth start and stop!!

Beautiful country side. I bet you’re probably plagued with unwanted whitetail and Moose. Totally willing to help you manage those bothersome pests. 😁

Couldn’t ask for a better place to learn the ropes in a TLC. Well done!!!

lol. there are plenty of white tail here. only the odd moose though. it’s a blessing to have the property i have. my city isn’t too big so i still have a shorter commute from 40 acres of land to work than some of my colleagues who live in bigger centres. i have a great life here!!

here’s a young family of girls who seem to like my grass from just a few days ago.

Your girls all look healthy.

We live just outside of a small-ish city on about 6 acres just above the Ohio river. I like rural. The last county I lived had 4 stop lights and a town cop with a Stetson.

My “escape pod” is about 30 minutes away outside of a really small map dot along US 50. You turn off the 4 lane onto the two lane, onto a single lane, onto a rough cut to the top of the hill to “The Camp”. I’m 50/50 on adding indoor plumbing this year. Don’t want the Neihbor’s thinking I’m gettin over inflated and uppity..😎

lol. totally understand that. i have an off grid cabin that lake regs prevent anyone from building with in half mile of each other. running water means me hauling water in buckets at a fast pace!! mine is a 4.5 hour drive into the boreal forest though so not just a quick escape. i love not urban
