A fridge!?!? You are getting soft on us. šŸ˜„
Yeah, I know. I make properly sized blocks of ice for my Yeti 70 and it keeps for longer than I usually need it too during cooler months and for close to a week during summer. However, half of my 70 quarts is taken up by ice.

You had to go and make that comment didn’t you??? Now I’m doubting the need for a fridge. It only took 7 years to talk myself into buying one.

That's disappointing the flange stripped out. Rcv could easily make the outer splines longer and the flange splines longer for more engagement area to fix that from happening.
True that it's disappointing but it seem to be a isolated incident. and how he stripped both at the same time šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø
Been running them for two years of hard wheeling with out issue on 39s
Pulled for inspection and they look perfect ;)

Stripped splines happened in only one instance that I know of and that was probably due to owner/driver fault. The flanges are 4340 not 300m. That’s good bc I’d rather deal with a failed flange at 2am than a broken shaft.

You will never go back. Just don't feel the need for solar, extra batteries ect...your battery choice is more than well enough.

A fridge definitely makes you soft but ice, ice chests, and soggy food are a miserable experience. You won't miss those blocks of ice!

My cable is damaged and I’m not so sure I like how I ran the new brake line. It’s rather exposed.
I have damaged that brake line several times. It's still available form Mr T
Just order a new one and carefully bend it up and around the Panhard bracket :p as seen in post 726.

My routing forward of the cal custom track bar bracket is not my concern. My concern is how high up it runs from the axle tee to the first clamp.

That would be corrected with the OEM line.
It also looks exposed on the drivers side of the track bar bracket šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

I’ll run with it. No abs means gravity bleeding is a snap

I well bring a spare line to JV for you in Nov. :D
I think it’s ok for rocks. I’m thinking about snow or thick vegetation.

One of the nicer bead Lock wheels I have seen, looks good with that fancy hub in the center!

Today was a long and productive day in the garage while Mother Nature rained most of it. I finally got these fancy shmansy axle shafts installed. I also smashed the left rear brake line while having fun on Chocolate Thunder back in early February so I spent some time making a new one today. My rig has been down more than two months this time. Hopefully I drive it tomorrow and for an extended period of time before the next ………….. I want to build drawers and get a fridge. Love my Yeti but the fridge guys I know have shown me a better way. 😁View attachment 2987739View attachment 2987740View attachment 2987741
