I wasnt going to say they're going to want to cut theirs open, but you certainly can try and get measurements.

I'll get onto looking for a guy up there that could help, but in the mean time shoot me an email with an address I can ship this carpet. I also have a sheet of diamond plate that was cut out to match the carpet but I've still yet to install it.

Those kind of cruiser owners don't tend to be around here. I would say that 95% of all the panels I've sold have gone to CA, OR & WA.

Oddly enough none of them have gone to ID that I can think of.....
We Idahoans hang our heads in shame.

You'll have your first as soon as they're available. :p

I confirm Loud's measurements. Mine is an '01 LX.

That's OK Steve, we still like ID just fine. :D
In fact, I think it's the favorite of my wife and I, trying to figure out how to move there right now.

And thanks loud! I'll match the new template up to the carpet when it gets here.

Any update on this? Anyone, Bueller? Bueller?
Dudes!!!! I forgot to subscribe to this thread, sorry about that.

and, Yup:
1loudLX sometime over the summer i last heard.
"Summer" starts on the 21st of this month, I'll have the first one made by then.
Thanks to the carpet guide I've got the profile sorted out, there is, what I hope will be, the last masonite test template waiting to be picked up at my laser cutter and then I hope to cut the first metal one.

Maybe I'll even have a new pic to show soon....

I'll be back in NY at the start of summer, perfect!

I thought you were in Nevada?
How close will you be when you get back?
I'd be willing to bump Dan out of the first spot in line if I get to fit the first one myself.
All I have is the tailgate, can't see if the whole thing is perfect until all the pieces are present. :p
The next best option I've got is to drive out to the UP and cut a hole in Yoopers 100 while he's at work. I love going up there, but the 14 hour drive is a pain.

I'm kewl with being down the ladder a rung or three after you get it dialed :)

The longer you wait, the better they get.... :p

I heard that was due to the long laborious learning curve of the manufacturer!:steer::hillbilly: LOL

Cant wait to see final product....I will have one.

No argument there!
I just continue messing with stuff even after it's "done." Although, it seems like every revolutionary change I make, the response seems to be, "It looks the same as before?"
"Yes, but it's has a weld on the OTHER side now "
