Yes weight is one of the differences, which can be a factor in shipping costs or if you are watching the lbs on your 80. Although Aluminum is lighter, Steel is stronger and will not bend as easy (let's say you were to lean on a tree branch while wheeling) and there is a break in the price for SteelWhat is the difference between the steel and aluminum, just weight? I really don't want to miss this group buy but would like to know the difference between the two so I can decide which to order.
Although I powder coat everything I produce for a nice complete professional finish there is the subject of Corrosion Resistance. Aluminum's greatest attribute is that it doesn't rust. I hope this helps @Teebo
