rear passenger window only goes down (1 Viewer)

I am having problems with rear pass window. It only goes down. I can barely get it up by pulling and shaking it. I can't hear motor going. It goes up a couple inches at a time. Doesn't matter if I use that doors control or drivers control. I sprayed lube in track.didn't help. My 3 year old sits there so it might of took dome kid abuse. Any ideas. Thanks

try cleaning the switch itself...do the door switch first , easier than the master to take apart.....after doing my wiring, i found that the contacts on the switch were either black or corroded....a little sanding and worked great.
