Wow a two piece swing-out? I assume you are putting a tire on one side and what on the other?

Looks great.

Love the design.
Hate to say this, but the third photo looks like youve got some cold welds. What were you using? Looks like cold 7018 rod.
Again, love the design. I'll be building here in a month or two and plan to do all TIG (as that's what Im happy with).

Wicked cool, man. Nice job.

Wish I had access to a CNC table...

looks great! I like the design that you are using for your rear bumper. Any closer to sharing CAD designs? Looks like the bumper I want to build in the future.

That thing looks totally awesome man, i love it. The symmetry with the dual swing arms bending with the bumper wing looks great. I like the frame mount too.
I may have to liberate some of your ideas.....

Nice set up!

Can you still open the tailgate? In post #1 & #2 the bumper looks high. Meaning that when you open the tailgate it will hit the bumper before it opens fully.

I thought the same thing when i saw it.

Tailgate came close (about 1/2" clearance). Wanted it as high as possible for departure angle concerns. The welds are far from cold anywhere on it (used mig, not stick). As far as designs go, I would consider maybe working out a deal with those who are interested. Have updated all the designs to reflect "on the fly" changes as the build progressed.
