hardest part is removing outter races for the semi-floating axles. See https://forum.ih8mud.com/40-55-series-tech/282514-rear-axle-bearing-removal.html
If you have the housing bare, you can also put a pipe/drift all the way through and push them out from the inside-out.
For the pinion seal use an impact wrench and be done with it. Countless threads from people trying to do it with a breakerbar.
