2004 LX470. Replaced my front axle bushings but still have an occasional clunk in the rear at stop and go at stoplight. Need advice on testing to find the culprit bushings.

First step and easiest is to make sure you grease all of the driveshaft fittings. After that the clunk could be in the differential, axles, or rear axle mount bushings. There are lots of threads on this.

I’ll double check the driveline. I just serviced to rear differential and old oil looked good. It sure feels like a trailing arm bushing.
Thanks
its most likely your front axle drive flanges wearing out or driveshaft play. check u-joints and slip yokes
new drive flanges and wheel bearings/brakes etc. so I feel it’s out back but could be the drive line
