Real time help for fuel injection conversion

I am at the point where I am wiring the passenger compartment, I am looking at the wires coming from the grommet into the engine compartment.

I cut and splice the brown wire with a white stripe to the check engine light, is this correct?

Park neutral switch, the downey directions say to connect the orange and black wires together, there are two orange wires, do I connect both orange wires to the solid black one?

Yes, the brown wire with white stripe (at pin #A5) goes to the check engine light.
There should only be one wire that is orange with black stripe (at pin #B10). Any orange wires with no stripe are the 12 volt battery wires.
