Needing help from the 40 electrical gurus on my 1985 fj60. It appears my "grounding plug/block" (photo 1) wasn't grounded behind the fuse panel in the dash, and due to a 30 amp fuse being placed in the taillight fuse rather than a 15 amp fuse, some melting progressed during previous ownership. Horn, Headlights, hazards, blinkers etc are not working likely due to this. Hoping for some input from the 40 section as I need to get this rig up and going for work ASAP.

If anyone knows where I can find this plug, and, if it indeed a grounding block, cant I jsut ground each of the 6 wires on a nut somehwere using a ring connector?

Thanks a bunch,

Coolerman sells color correct wires, plugs and terminals. White wires with a black stripe are grounds. The PO probably had a problem with blowing fuses so he just upped the fuse amps until the wouldn't blow. You likely have a short somewhere.
