Working on replacing my fan clutch. I have pulled the radiator and shroud, removed the 4 retaining nuts and can't get the clutch to budge. What am I missing? Looks like it should just separate from the pully.

Tap it with screw driver and hammer. Mike

Thanks, I have been trying to tap a chisel between the flange of the clutch and the pully to no avail. Heat next?

I usually just leave the fan on the clutch, as it give you much more leverage to unstick it from the pulley. I remove the shroud bolts and replace them to hold the radiator. Then I remove the flange nuts and lift shroud and fan assembly off together. John
