Looking at this LX570. 2010 with only 70k miles. Lived most of its life in NY. Are there any other areas that I should request photos of?
Thanks!

OP has decided, but you made the point I forgot to. Length of ownership is a key factor.Buy a Michigan wrench. It’s a matter of time where it will grow and spread. Depends on how long you plan to have it. If this is meant to be your “forever” cruiser, I would buy a cleaner rig. Price matters as mentioned above.
UPDATE:Ehhh. Doesn't look TOO bad. Make sure and look at the entire front suspension as well. That rear axle looks like some surface rust is treatable. Look above the tow hooks in front and up around the rear receiver.
I hear ya! This one only has 71k miles and interior/exterior are as spotless as you could hope for in a 10 year old truck. I hear ya though!Rust is about as subjective as "what is the best lift and tires?..." If that was a 60/62 then I wouldn't consider that bad, as long as the lower section of the doors and fenders looked good. Thorough coating of fluid film would more or less arrest that level of oxidation.
However, for a $35k 200 series, I would pass. Way cleaner examples out there for the same price.

Honestly the only part of my LC i want to see is out the windshield view of my engine hood. I cant see underneath when it’s covered by mud and dust from another adventure.I read your comments, I look at the rust on my cruiser (which is much worse) and am now hiding in a corner.
