Some years ago I hosted a French couple driving around the world in their Troopy.

Believe it or not this is a factory color. Well very close to it anyways. The truck had been painted but where it hadn’t been painted like the rear floor or inside the panels the original color was very close to this. I had never seen a Cruiser this color before or since. Anyone?

Hello,

This color was available for Venezuela-assembled 70 Series, from factory. So were rather funny shades of cyan and taupe.

It is likely that Venezuelans liked such colors back in the day.
