idk, i went 37s on my last rig and sold it. going 315s this time around. i really felt i needed to regear for 37s and 35s i didnt. i know i am the odd ball here but 315s were plenty enough for me.

My wheeling style has changed a little as well.
Maybe 3 link is the way to go. @NateMob
I'll have to find someone local to Denver with 37s and see what it's all about.

Yes sir i am, I was thinking that my rubbing experience with the aforementioned springs and stock but lowered bumpstop location was still relevent.![]()
Thoughts on the rumored new 39" BFG KM3.. Supposed to come in at 38.5" overall.. Might be a nice option between 37 and 40..?!
This has been beaten to death the last couple years so finding the answer you want should require very little research here on Mud.I have been planning on going with the 3" tapered with 37's, already have the 1" body lift. I just cant figure out the backspace/offset wheel width to best fit a 37 without needing spacers, have been looking at the scs wheels options as like their styling but not sure if they will do what i want fitment wise. Wish the 37+ thread had more people posting their specs still.

Yes, I gave the formula in post #18This has been beaten to death the last couple years so finding the answer you want should require very little research here on Mud.

I just recently ventured outward another 1" on each wheel with 17x9 3.5BS wheels... I lowered the bump stops... currently working out the final bump stop fitment at this time... looks like no extra trimming will be necessary from where I was.
Yes, you are correct on the 16x8 +0 which would be 1.5" outward from a centered 8" wheel.I just started following you on instagram and saw the new wheels. You said they are 3.5BS but on post 18 said 4.5bs for a 9" wheel? Also no mention of offset which coming from a tuner world offset is all we dealt in regarding wheel fitment with width. scs has a 17x9 3.5bs -38 offset for example which from stock 16x8 +0 would be about 1.5" outward
I was running a FJC wheel with 1.25" wheel spacers at approx. 3.75" backspace on a 7.5" wheel (same as a 9" wheel 4.5 BS & a 8" wheel 4" BS) that centered the tread right on top of the wheel bearings. My new wheels are outward 1" from where I was. This has now required me to lower my bump stops.I have seen many uncut 80s running 37s with 2.5" bump stops on all corners... this is with centered back spacing on the wheels (4" BS on 8", 4.5" BS on 9" or 3.75" BS on 7.5" wheels)
Once you venture out past the stock 63" wide track width cutting will be necessary.
any flex pic with those 37" ..?
