I bought a new OEM one last year using Toyota Parts and Accessories - Official Online Store - https://parts.toyota.com/
Site can shop between multiple dealers and see different discounts they'll offer online. Hardest part was finding a part number, they don't list diagrams or search for anything pre 1980 (but the Toyota site from Canada does).
It wasn't much (if any) more expensive than some of the aftermarket ones, except for the cheap aluminum units sold on Amazon and Ebay (I did try one of those, it didn't fit, and it was really poor looking welds).
It came with the drain, makes it a lot easier to put a short fuel hose on and catch everything in a bucket, clean enough I could reuse it.
