question extending leaf spring bracket (1 Viewer)

I probably should put this in the hardcore section but figure that some of you driveway mechanics may have done this.
When i see pics of shackle lifts I notice the rear tire tends to migrate forward depending on length of the shackle this looks odd since the rear wheels look off center from side view.
Can the leaf bracket be extended a inch or two to compinsate this,I don't want to install new springs just want an extra inch or so at minimal cost.
Yes i have tried search and have looked under Google not much found to helpmeout on this.

Have you thought about a 1" or 2" body lift. I personally don't like body lifts but, maybe that is something you haven't thought of. I've also heard some people talking about having to use shims when they put 2" or longer shackle lifts on there FJ's. Remember, you only get 1/2 the lift out of shackle lifts.
 
You could try flipping the springs around. This will move you axle ~2" rearward due to the offset pins.
