In my opinion, new rear upper and lower links are not a necessary for a basic lift. To me a basic lift is lifting the front up to 2.5” while the back is only lifted like 1.5” to 2”. This will get you a level stance.

You only need to replace the rear lower links if your lift is >2.5” in the rear, or you put rear long travel shocks/springs and your links hit the axle, or you actually bend your links on rocks while off-roading.

I think you will be good with just Dobinson shocks and springs assuming you are less than 2.5” lift on the front and under 2” lift in the rear.

Maybe but not sure you need UCAs in the front to deal with the bigger tires and wheels.

Maybe extend your rear sway bar end links which costs like $50 for the pair of Proforged ones. This gives you an extra inch on the end links to try to level the rear sway bars.
