Changed my mind on exhaust route, so cut the tank at a 45 to allow for a 3" tail pipe out the side. Should finish the exhaust tomorrow.

Exhaust is all TIG'd up and finished. Hit the key and it started right up and idled. Unbelievable.

Front bumper is on and was cut around the winch to allow a tighter body fit. Some cool Slee parts dress it up. There will be a tow hook in the stock mount someday.

Was it easy to remove the contactor box from the top of the winch and put it in the engine bay? Or is relocated under the notch in the upper front portion of the bumper?

I can't tell. Did you have to modify the bumper horns and move the front bumper out a bit? Super clean and unique front winch install.

I did remove the contactor box and relocate making all new cables. It is mounted below the fan on the front x member. It was a pretty straight forward disassembly and install.

The front bumper horns are stock with the bumper mounting to custom brackets to allow the 62 bumper to mount in its stock fashion. It is moved outwards about 3 inches to allow clearance for the winch though.

The free wheel engagement handle is about as close as I could get it without touching the valance and clearing the BAT cutoff switch.
