Changed my mind on exhaust route, so cut the tank at a 45 to allow for a 3" tail pipe out the side. Should finish the exhaust tomorrow.

WOW.

You have built my dream rig. Been lurking on this thread for a while with deep envy in my heart. Please post a video if at all possible...I'm dying to see your kick ass truck in action.

Cheers!

You got all of that wiring done right the first time, I applaud that

Looking forward to videos of it driving around!

More like mad skillz.

I can't tell. Did you have to modify the bumper horns and move the front bumper out a bit? Super clean and unique front winch install.

Was it easy to remove the contactor box from the top of the winch and put it in the engine bay? Or is relocated under the notch in the upper front portion of the bumper?

I did remove the contactor box and relocate making all new cables. It is mounted below the fan on the front x member. It was a pretty straight forward disassembly and install.

The front bumper horns are stock with the bumper mounting to custom brackets to allow the 62 bumper to mount in its stock fashion. It is moved outwards about 3 inches to allow clearance for the winch though.

Nolan can now see how much hair he is losing, from the front and the back of the 62 . Gotta love that!

Has to be voted Best little people mod ever! ; )

Waggoner, You are building my dream Cruiser!

What is the detail on the winch?
