Heh, heh...

Finished the power steering hoses and did some winch stuff. The PS was converted to AN style fittings instead of welding on the stock fittings. Made all the PS lines today and got the reservoir bottle plumbing done as well. Had to disassemble the Slee/TJM winch setup to be able to tuck it under the body as much as possible. Mounted the disconnect switch and the exterior winch control plug on the frame/body.

Do you recall what fittings you used on the steering gear to adapt for AN style hose connection?

Steering box uses 16 and 17mm inverted flare adapters from PSC.

Finished the rear bumper today and started mounting the front. The rear in its new chrome and new end caps looks amazing. Started welding up the exhaust system, but will have to take some pics in another day or so because its going to take a while.

Damn.

You going to clean that transfer case up before calling it done? It just doesn't look right with that shiny exhaust...

Was going to be temporary until I got the part time kit case done.

Gary: nice work as usual.

Question: what type of clearance do you have between the xfer and the exhaust?

There's a dude named Woodrow coming your way with **alot** of parts... Even though you are enjoying warmer locales.

;)

At the smallest area, there is about 3" clearance.

Got all of his crap, pilfered some stuff, but he probably wouldn't notice.
