you're welcome bro, my pleasure!

You might be joking Georg, but I was sobbing as I was writing it . . .

I had spilt my last beer before I started. :crybaby: :bang: :flipoff2:

Gene,

Some day we will meet. You are more than welcome for the gift. I hope the mirrors arrived as well. If not, let me know and I'll check with UPS.
And keep in mind that as much as this has had a great effect on you and your family, it has had a huge effect on the entire cruiser community. I am hopefully speaking for many in that we are all proud to be involved in one of the coolest projects that has taken place in quite a long time.
I hope this project continues to go smoothly and that you are able to get it rolling soon.

Landcruiser, various vintages. Yours is one of MANY PMs I have not had time to respond to. :frown: I will be happy to get a package of these parts together for you when I return on the 28th if you would PLEASE follow up with a call to the shop.:)

Thought I'd Post up some pics that I thought Georg wouldn't be using in his TT article. There's a lot of good ones of the guys working that I'll post up after Georg sorts through them and takes out the ones he wants to use.

This first one is of my buddy from work Andres and his son. Andres made a "Feast for Kings" and drove it out to us on Sunday evening. Steak, shrimp, mashed potatoes with a pound of bacon in it, salad with eggs, and chicken. We were stuffed. Many thanks to Andres.

Actually, since I'm working my way towards the back, it's probably gonna be part of the vehicle for a while.
I think it's holding the whole rear end together. :D

Gene,

I spaced your voicemail until just now. I have reproduction floors available and you are welcome to anything (and I mean anything) you want off this rig. I sent the tail light buckets to Buckroseau and the rearview mirror is on the Comanche LV now. The roof blew off in WA somewhere. Other than that, the pics are current. Do you need an early front license plate bracket? I'll donate one to the project.

Here's a Better pic. Yeah kind of sucks. Georg gave me a couple original adds and Mark A has the poster in his shop.

Mike thanks for the license holder. I could probably use the rear quarter panels from the "C" pillar back from the parts LV. The quarter panels on the new LV got slammed from the back, and the driver side got hit too. I could also use the rear driver door too. The one on the new LV bows in about an inch in the center.

Right now I'm getting ready to work on the front floors and rocker panels on both sides. That's what I could really use (rocker panels), but it looks like the one on this LV are shot too. I really appreciate the offer for the parts. I've been talking with John Stumbaugh (Colangut) about learning to weld and with the $ I got from the insurance co. for the crashed LV, I bought a welder that he suggested I buy. I know the PROJECT PHOENIX needs a lot of things, but it needs floors, rocker panels and the entire back end of the body before I go much futher. Thanks again Mike. If those quarter panels are still in decent shape, that will help me in a huge way.

Gene,

That floor is what you need man!

Get that ASAP and I'll try to find the time to help you put it in.
