@scorcher1967 any particular reason you went with the Eastwood sound deadening product vs. other manufacturers?I don't think we are planning to do the rear cargo area, but doors will get some, and I might do a glue on for the ceiling. I've heard the same thing about stick on falling.

I'd recommend also doing the cargo sides. I also did the inside of the tailgate.
Looks like the folks that are doing serious sound deadening are using a product like Dynamat et al. in small squares for dampening, then using MLV with CCF for sound blocking and sound absorption.Well, this is a timely follow up to Ferntuckys post.
I have enough of the Eastwood to finish the doors. If Elyse opts to do the cargo sides and tailgate, maybe we look at a different product?
Yep. That's it.View attachment 1192547
This is what your looking for? Also do you need the mounting screws or just the pivot arm?

No the mirror screws are much larger. these screws are tiny compared to the ones for the mirrors. Are those the same size screws as the mirror bolts. I just purchased a bag of 25 stainless steel ones if you need a few.
Jason/Elyse,
If you guys want, I have a couple spares. One is stock color, but has small cracks around the square hole. The bottom one has been painted, but far better shape. Pick one and I'll send it out. Free to the cause.
