Problem alarm fzj70 landcruiser 1993

Hi folks im new here.can someone help me im really lost.
So yesterday I turned on accidentally the alarm on a land cruiser 1993 then when i opened the door it start and theres no way to stop . So I unplugged one white connector feom a little dark box under the steering wheel and it turned off . Now the car can start but the automatic door lock does not work. Id there anyone that cn tell me how to disable the alarm manually?

Not sure if you will get an answer as that is not factory. Someone along the way added the alarm.

If it were me, I would start with seeing if you can identify the alarm from that black box and see if there are any installation manuals you can download online.

Under the resources section on mud you should be able to find the wiring diagrams for your cruiser so you can delete the aftermarket alarm and return things to factory.

That box does not look factory.

Some alarms tap into the ignition circuit for power. They tap into the circuits of indicators and locks as well.

Opening the door the way you did may have affected the alarm's sensors. The connector you unplugged is likely to be tapping into the door locks in a way that prevents them from functioning.

If possible, try taking the truck to the alarm installer. Otherwise, follow the alarm's wiring, remove the alarm and get an OEM one.
