Pre 1963 Soft Top Door Surround Channels & FJ25 Front Bumper

Hi Folks,

I am looking at reproducing door surround channels, front bumper and mounting plates in Australia, thanks to @west aussie for kindly supplying the parts to replicate and @andybudge for running around and working with his fabricator. I am yet to get quotes but just wanted to see if there is any interest for these so that we can look at producing more numbers to bring the cost down.

Ideally I wanted to get this done in New Zealand simply because I know it will be a lot cheaper here but unfortunately I don't have pattern available.

This project will be at no profit no loss & only fabrication shop will make money. .

Front bumper would be nice, but it would be cheaper for me to get a detailed drawing and have it made localy I think. (or DIY?)

Yeah shipping would be a killer, I am in the same boat too. Shipping between OZ and NZ is insane and we are investigating these options in Western Australia, which is even further away from me.
