Definitely new clutch! That one that is in there is not very smooth. I don't like the feel when starting from a dead stop.

Driveshafts - yes. Once I get everything in I will measure twice and send the shafts out for alteration.

One thing I am wondering is if I can keep using the stock skid plate. When I dropped it I thought it would be nice to send it out for powder coat, but I think I better make sure everything fits first...

Does anyone know if the output flange changed when they went to the split case? That flange looks awful close to my PTO unit that originally came on my Pig.

That 5 speed shifter sucks. It's bent over too far and gets into your leg and probably the seat. Make your own...

Cut off the short piece and weld on the long piece and make it straight...

My shop floor is so uneven that there is no way to push the drivetrain up into the pig (easily) so we rolled the Pig to the drivetrain

You're going to have a fitment problem with the PTO linkage and exhaust right around that mount area. You might have to make your own mount in order to make room.
